Here is my T2 GWD run that I just did. http://postimg.org/image/p6zu9lzc3/
It was a full legit runs, no exploits etc where every single person had less then 3k ilvl.
The OP had 2k ilvl, I had 2.2k ilvl, the other 3 all had 2.8k ilvl. It took me the entire of saterday to work out a viable strat to do this fight nicely and after only 1 wipe, we pulled through on boss. This fight is doable and it would probably be easier with 3x hr then 2 cw and 1 hr. Also, you can use a GF instead of OP for tanking and an OP instead of dc for healing. Anyone who wants to do a T2 without heal+tank is just being stupid, they should be required and anyone complaining about this needs to think their argument through. As you can see, my gear sucks. The same is true for every other member of the party and if we could do it, then everyone else on this forum is able to do so as well.

"Sucks" is an odd word to describe the 3-piece lostmauth set.

The sets of gear is the easy part of gearing up in this game, all the gear on my toon is worth less then 5M AD. It is the refinement of artifacts and the enchantments that hold the actual value. Farm elol 5 times per day and I can pretty much guarantee you that you will have gotten the full set as drops, the way I have. In fact, from farming I have gotten in total 5 horn drops. Doing that in no way requires the elol set and compared to bis, my gear truly does suck.

Sorry, but i disagree with you, mate, in this case. Due to broken roots (and therefore, bad dps) this fight might be longer. My point is that no more than 1 hr for GWD is really nessesary. And it can be done without hr at all. Fox just a measure of protection against lag mostly. Same about ToS. No more than 1 hr. As for eCC... well it's different story. My experience shows that hrs absolutely dominate there (in terms of safety, not dps).

In this instance you would probably know better, as you got a HR. I am not sure how the run would go without 2 CW's, but it would probably go just fine, probably faster if you subbed one out with a high single target dps for the last boss fight.

It depends on the HR. As an archer, I don't have much in the way of CC. I do, of course, have Fox's Cunning, which I spam relentlessly for everyone else's benefit. I also use Disrupting Shot as much as possible for that 1-second disable of whatever critter seems to need it most. After that, though, options are limited. I can use Constricting, but since I'm an archer the root is only 1 second. Thorn ward is terrific, especially since I can hide around a corner or on the other side of a column and whittle adds down, but at that point I'm really just buying time until whoever dropped can get back from the campfire.
Cordon of Arrows is magic for killing the first eCC boss on the traps, and it helps a tiny bit if I'm trying to cover everyone's escape to the campfire, but there's not much else that an archer has in his bag of tricks safety-wise. I'm considering chasing recovery more so I can use Disruptive Shot more, though.
Now, if only Fox's Cunning had an additional benefit where allies got a portion of your defense for a few seconds, that would be wonderful, since I have 18k defense...
