seems that anything that cause my GWF to gain temporary hit points works fine and shows on HP bar ...but when the temporary hit points end the HP bar does not revert to normal and appears as tho ive lost HP,but charactor sheet shows im still full HP.
see screen shot.
And as you can see trying to use a health pot doesnt work cause toon is still full HP ,so the bugged HP bar is very confusing in battle,i never know if im low health or just the bar is not displaying correctly.
as long as you can still see yellow on your HP bar you know that you are at full health and have some temp HP. if they implemented your change we would be unable to tell how much temp HP we had lost and how much we had left if we only glance at it like we do in combat. You will get used to it, i promise, it will just take a little bit of time

It's been almost two weeks and I'm still not used to it.
Nothing worse that seeing a half-full health bar, only to be told "Not usable in PVP or while at full health."
I lied.. the only thing worse is seeing a half-full health bar, and getting 1k HP from an expensive potion that takes forever on cooldown.

No true at all. My red portion can be so short that is near death (and the screen is red) and the yellow portion is long. Just see yellow on your HP bar, it does not mean you have full health.
For example, as a GWF with half health bar, trigger unstoppable, you have half health bar (red potion) and yellow potion. Move the mouse to the health bar, you can see you don't have full health.

I am having the same problem so i logged a bug report and have not gotten any replay so i logged a querry. the answer that i got was log a bug report......... I agree with you that it is very much a big pain. it is so bad that i have stop playing with my GWF and have started playing with my wizzard again. It is a pitty cause i really like my GWF
That's simply how temp hp is displayed. The same thing is with Paladin so when my temporary hp disappears I suddenly have full hp even though with temp hp it only showed half or less. It's a bad design yeah, but fact is - nothing bad happens to your hp.

If you start with full health and then have temporary HP, sure, when all the temp HP disappears, you still have your "original" full health.
However, if you start with tiny little of health with red screen and then you get temporary HP, when all the temp HP disappear, you still have your "original" tiny little health (NOT full health).
So, if your HP is not so low as seeing red, you won't know how much real HP you have when temp HP is displayed.

it is working you usually have the hp even if your bar is almost half, because of the temporary hitpoints, the problem with gwfs is the unstopable button not working from time to time, usually on the worst case scenario
