Is this incorrect?

So I read the description for the inscribed garments, and on the actual ARC page is says that they are claimable on all characters. I thought, cool cool, I'll buy it now them make my paladin.

"The Inscribed Garments within the box change to match the class of the character opening it and can be claimed on all characters across an account."


EDIT : the below person explained how, I feel silly, this can be closed now as I have my answer.

    For me I open the zen store on my other toons on same account and it's listed as free, just claim it and it's yours. If this isn't working for you then you probably need to contact CS.

    ooh I must of missed that. I thought it might be in the claims agent. MY BAD.

    Yep, you can even claim it on your new characters while you're on the beach! :cool:

    Just open the Zen store and claim it right then and there. In general, any Account Unlocks bought in the Zen Store that are Reclaimable are reclaimed through the Zen Store, with the exception some of the Packs. The reclaimables in the Zen store will be come "Free" or say they cost 0 Zen. Promotional and Achievement unlocks are reclaimed through the Reward Claims Agent.
