How do I activate elemental evil quests?

I'm pretty new to the game. Archdruid Morningdawn will not give me a quest to start Elemental Evil. She simply says "balance is restored for now....etc". Am I doing something wrong? Do I have to be a certain level or have achieved something specific to get this quest line to start? I am currently level20

I believe those are level 60 quests (I could be mistaken, but IIRC this is how it was on preview) - I haven't bothered with any of the Mod 6 stuff as of yet as I'm focussed on leveling my shiny new Paladin up right now.

Yes, the Elemental Evil campaign is aimed between levels 60-70.

Yeah, I saw the mission to start the campaign in my update bar when I hit 61 ... for some reason it won't actually give me a quest, however. I click to start it and the only option is "1. Goodbye". Is it bugged or have I missed something?

Knox sends you to Morningdawn who sends you off with Minsc. If you haven't done this sequence, then the other new areas that show up in your sidebar aren't actually accessible yet.
