Using daily power plays animation/sound of leveling up

With my CW (haven't tested other classes) using daily power (Oppressive force, ice knife) plays animation and sound of leveling up. This get quite annoying after some time, as I use them every few seconds in combat.
Can't imagine how HRs play if they have same problem.

I`ve slotted this no-dmg useless skill to see what new animation it got since the preview.
But the placeholder is not removed! Now, every daily use I get "level up" animation.

I am MoF. I use daily every a few seconds. ~20% of fight time I see only the yellow shiny "level up" animation.
This is overdisturbing and overirritating too much!



PS The hope is half of the CW will get this "not a bug, it was a placeholder and didnt got a new animation yet" once they will slot this HAMSTER class feauture and use a daily at least once.

ATTENTION CW: Don`t slot Arcane Power Field or you will see "Level up" animation every daily you use, even after unslotting this skill! You will never get rid of this! Take care!

It has nothing to do with Arcane Power Field. I never sloted it. I always had only SS and EoTS

Actually, I think it is just the act of putting points into Arcane Power Field. I didn't have this issue one moment, then I respeced and put 2 points into Arcane Power Field, but did not slot it, and now my Maelstrom of Chaos sounds like I level up every time I use it.

So it looks like it is enough to buy it, not even need for slotting. Interesting.
