Bug report: Drowned Shore quests

After completing all of the quests I had open in this zone, and turning them all in at once, I find that I can no longer obtain any more quests from anyone in the zone except for the "kill 100 enemies" quest.
This leaves me stuck with 13/16 progress in the Staying vigilant quest, unless i take the time to kill 300 enemies.
Please tell me this is not WAI.

    I am having this same problem now in both Drowned Shore and Spinward Rise.

    How can I get the quest givers to give me the quests?

    It's going to be very hard to complete Elemental Evil if I cannot get them ...

    I assume all the quests are grey out with a timer. If so, you need to come back later. I believe the kill 100 one will not help you to get the 14th.

    plasticbat: You assume incorrectly. They just aren't showing up anymore, at all.

    My first question would be to verify that you do not have 4 vigilance tasks picked up in another zone, since you can carry a grand total of 4, period, from anywhere.

    Ah ha!

    4 period, not 4 per zone ...

    I'm pretty sure that's my problem right there.

    I'm pretty new to Neverwinter online, joined during the 2x experience point deal and quickly made it to lvl70 solo.

    Now I'm finding it hard to deal with the lvl70 and 71 mobs in these campaigns, ouch ...

    Issue: Elemental Evil Campaign > Crush Gar Skatterkeel quest.

    #1 The quest location isn't populating on the map, which means the quest access point isn't there to enter the quest.

    #2 I thought if I abandoned the quest and picked it up again the quest would resolve itself. I abandoned the quest, and the game doesn't display who the quest giver is to pick it back up again.

    I completed Reclamation Rock and The Fiery Pit in the campaign. I thought I would ask these questions before I started Spinward Rise.

    I'd appreciate any guidance you can give me. I hope this isn't a situation where there is no known fix. :s

    Update

    I found the quest giver: Seychell. She gave me the quest again. With the quest as active, the same issue exists. The quest is not located on the map.

    I've seen on YouTube where the quest is supposed to be on the map, but it doesn't populate for me. What am I missing? :'(

    Further update

    This quest is so bugged!

    I went to the water node with the map still not showing the point of entry and I got in. Defeated Shatterkeel. Got the quest requirements to finish this leg of the campaign. I have all the requirements to finish but the last task, "Secrets of the Crushing Wave," is still locked. Bleh. Any advice?

    Final Update

    So I traveled from the quest to the travel gate, and the task unlocked. I finished it. This was nuts!
