Hoard Enchants not working

I am using 5 greater dragon hoard enchants. They have not procced once all day. This seems to be a bug or the worst RNG in the history of awful RNG.

    There are two separate factors.

    If you're playing in old zones, enchants should be proccing like normal but the items autoloot to your bag.

    In the new zones, players are reporting a drop rate that is so slow as to seem nonexistent, and that's with making sure their bags were clear to start so as to get an accurate count.

    correct in the new zones you get ZERO DROPS from dragon hoard enchantments

    FIX THIS! SUCH A TERRIBLE BUG SINCE IM KILLING SO MUCH STUFF AND GETTING NO RP FOR IT!
