How do I get Alchemy to Level 21?

Can anyone advise how to get alchemy to level 21? I have no option at level 20 for Alchemical Research. Is this a bug or a feature? :p

    If you didn't do the level 20 experiments, you can't research, even though you don't get any knowledge. Unlock those 3 recipes and the task will show up.

    I experimented 3 times. Even got the knowledge twice.

    U need 3 different recipes before the experiment to lvl 21 shows up:)
