Alchemical Research Task Level 20 missing

For my one character, there is no Level 20 Alchemical Research task and so I am unable to progress to Level 21.
All other characters DO have this task and are able to progress.

You didn't do the experiments on the one character that's missing the task. There is no bug.

Are you saying that you need to do the Experimentation task the required number of times before the Research task becomes available? If so, this is a departure from every previous Alchemy rank.

It was done that way because there were recipes to unlock potions at rank 20 from when Alchemy was launched. If they made the research require knowledge now, anyone who had completely unlocked their Alchemy recipes before would be hooped. So it's just hidden until the experiments are completed.
