Graycloak's Legacy

Ive just made a paladin but when I try to open the Graycloak's Legacy box it says I already have everything.
The item Im not getting is the weapon everything else is fine.

Anyone else having this issue ?

It's universal. The paladin weapon spawns on GFs instead.
