logged in this morning cannot play

I played last night everything was fine I logged on this morning and cannot play. It doesn't let me hover over the play selection. I tried hard reset that didn't work. I linked my account that didn't work. I'm in the middle of re installing the game hopefully that will fix it I really don't want to start over again. Anyone have this happen or can someone recommend a way to not have this happen again.

It is scheduled maintenance, PLAY is greyed out unttil it is over in an hour or so

Maintenance is on Tuesday. There is a sticky in forums, but I agree, they should post something in their news scroll in that screen about it.
