trascendent vorpal definitely needs a buff.
    feytouch is way overperforming.
    negation is overperforming
many weapon damage enchantments are underperforming...the problem is the weapon damage itself.
all hp based enchants like soulforged and especially barkshield are underperforming.
barkshield needs to work on % hp

So you want to nerf an enchant that has been there since beta, and make it nerfed at the rank 12 level? Good call DA.

feytouch is fine as it is.
i ran some MC/VT a couple days ago while the damage buff is nice its not that over powered because u gotta keep applying encounters on 3 tragets to keep it maxed while other weapon enchantment buff u the whole time without need of applying certain kinds of skills
overall ive seen vorpal and bilethorn/lightning can compete with feytouched on the same level

Oh, I see the issue. It used to be labeled as standard so I was searching standard. As it turns out, the nerfs must have caused them to switch it to easy.

    Thanks.
Neverwinter players are stubborn things....until you strip them down to bone. (Cursed players, my flowers, MINE!) Oh how I plotted their demise.

Any idea if Feytouched weapons can be tested on the dummies or do you need to hit actual mobs for the buff to trigger ?

I mean it triggers on the dummy too, but there seems to be no difference in damage.

I agree with your post, except maybe on vorpal. This mod introduces more of the same,if you ask me.We'll have some enchants being used by all and others used by noone. Bilethorn(Bugged, with 4 secs delay and underrated),Bronzewood and other armor or weapon enchants, with cooldowns,to name a few. Especially the cooldowns of some enchants, are killing them.
It's BUGS bunny i tell you.

trascendent vorpal definitely needs a buff. Nop, it does not.
feytouch is way overperforming. Yes, it is.
negation is overperforming. Yes, it is.

    -snip the rest bla bla-
Vorpal is already overpowered in itself. You are talking about a 50% damage increase on critical hits. No other enchantment is that powerful and you want it buffed further? Only TR and other auto crit classes can make use of it anyway and those classes don't really need anymore easy cheesy mode than they already have.

I my opinion +50% crit severity is already too much. 35% would be ok and bring it on par with other enchantments.

Well... when I count the numbers and calculate with an outgoing crt chance of 50% - the vorpal finally lines up with the other dmg enchants. It takes about 75% crt chance to become the max damaging enchant. (in case the devs get them working like the tooltips reveal)

And for sure the tVorpal has to be finished - how ever.
But I´m with you - it´s very stupid to op a handful of items/enchants and force the community to focus on those instead of making the choice of choices more difficult to us - by balancing the enchants.
    __________

Briartwine - hardly needs to be reworked and finished!
good, that it gives a %-dmg to the foes instead of fixed values - but it´s hardly underperforming!

Barkshield - it´s underperforming! why don´t you put in a %-rating instead of fixed values?
    lesser - 37,5 | 25,0 | 12,5
    normal - 50,0 | 37,5 | 25,0
    greater - 62,5 | 50,0 | 37,5
    perfect - 75,0 | 62,5 | 50,0
    pure - 87,5 | 75,0 | 62,5
    transcendent - 100,0 | 87,5 | 75,0 | 62,5

Soulforged - still nice - but mb also change the values to a %-rating

Enchantment cooldowns - I think that we don´t see the entire bouquet of enchants cuz of the long cooldowns of the enchant powers. maybe think about it to make those enchants more attractive.

[*]Level 70 PvP gear had higher stats than intended. They now compare better to PvE gear earned for the same amount of effort.

Is level 70 PvE gear untradeable now? If I can buy level 70 PvE gear from the AH for 0 effort, how is PvP gear that I have to farm all the glory, seals and PvP campaign rewards for now compare better to PvE gear that I can get for not working on it through playing?

With the removal of most of GG and Neverember daillies and the nerfs of PvP rewards, I don't see any reason to PvP except for a handful of players who will try all the tricks including kicking to stay on top of the 1st page of the leadershop board if everybody can just buy all the level 70 PvE gear and use it in PvP.

I see level 70 +6 Reviving Shield of Piercing, Reviving Dagger of Piercing, High-Quality Elemental Cloth Sleeves and High-Quality Elemental Skirt on AH now. They don't seem to be BOP.

Best reason to pvp: free artifacts for consumption. Neglecting this part of the game hamstrings players if they have a goal to ever max their existing artifacts. If you want to just toss RP into them, that's always an option, but its a really inefficient option.

This will depend on the prices of RP and tradeable artifacts. "Free artifacts for consumption" is an overstatement. You need the pvp efforts to get the pvp artifacts. Either 24k glory for an artifact of power or 40k for other categories is hardly "free", particularly for the ones who don't win often and soon the daillies AD will be gone. Do you seriously think those who start with 10k gs (using current metric) will find the pvp artifacts "free" by getting 0 glory per match?

Nobody said epic or not epic and I don't think anybody has listed any epic level 70 mob drop yet.
