Good Day,
I've been constantly posting about some bugs and broken mechanics about this game and they are being ignored completely. It's forbidden to flame the gms or mods. But seriously I wonder what do I need to do in order get some game masters to take some action about some bugs. What kind of game is this seriously? When you send a ticket they encourage you to go to forums and post/share about your concerns but nobody really does something about it. What other ways do I need to use to let Devs know this stuff and let myself know that they know and they are working on it.
Here is my topic about broken matchmaking system with video support: (The topic has about over 6.000 views and people commenting and supporting the samething)

Here is the HR rooting skill bug report with a video analysis: (And this one has close to 4.000 views, with people slightly agreeing on the matter)

I'm loosing my hope. What more can I do? Surely I'm just a player trying to help the devs and players troubleshooting. I cannot fix these stuff myself If I could I would. So what do I need to do more? I sent a ticket, I posted about these on the bug forums, I made video analysis, I pmed couple mods here but the result was nothing really... How can we make the Gms hear our voices.

The devs have, in the past, said "okay, we're aware of this issue and we're working on a fix". The issue with Roar a couple modules ago is a perfect example of what I'm saying here.
Devs announce that an issue is "not working as intended and we're working on a fix":
First patch comes up immediately following that announcement...but it isn't fixed in that patch.
"Okay, you said you were aware of it....why no fix?"
Next patch comes up.
"Two weeks now. Hasn't this been fixed yet?"
Next patch....
"Come on, three weeks already? Tick tock!! Fix this NOW!!"
Next patch...
"FOUR WEEKS!! Cryptic doesn't care, they just want our money!!"
Know what gets lost in all of that? The fact that the devs have likely already noted the bug (if they haven't gotten it in their list of ingame bug reports as it is--most likely that report is distributed on a weekly or daily basis) and placed it on the priority list to be assigned to the relevant team. Development is a dynamic process, though, and bug fixes require finding the errant piece of code, testing for the result it's getting, then recoding that piece, and testing it AGAIN to make sure it delivers the expected result. For each bug that needs time to fix, something else that's planned gets pushed further back. That doesn't mean it gets ignored. However, the devs get the same eight-hour workday (and I'm sure that management puts in more than that) as everyone else does. They have to push the fixes in alongside new content coming down the pipe.
