How do volunteers end up being GM's in a game?
How does a community manager shirk his job and still have one? Last I checked Community Management didn't just mean talking over devs during live steams (Sorry, the masses would rather hear the devs talk than listen to you talk about #Akrosnicebutt). Isn't a Community Manager supposed to....manage the Community? Answer questions, not just shrug off when complaints have been sent numerous times by numerous people?
I can only imagine the budget if fairy slim. If necessary I'd be willing to help up the salary cap so you can hire quality individuals. There are benefits to being wealthy in life.
Is a strong personality a threat to people with ego problems / too much time on their hands?
How is it OK to single out people and stealth edit/delete posts?
Why aren't those who have been empowered held to the same standard as the masses (Follow the ROC).
Is the problem the internet age, where people have zero accountability for their actions? Obviously conversations would end drastically different in a pub than on the internet with a nice safe monitor in front of you.
Why is the community for this game so...elitist? We're not playing a competitive game where your APM matters. We're playing a D&D game which draws an older crowd, as does STO.
STO doesn't have these problems. I play both games. This leaves me with: Those who ask for power, should not be granted power.
