Purchasing Artifact Weapon Bug

The Trickster Rogue Artifact Off-Hand " Elemental Fire Stiletto " is bugged when you buy it. When you open/close the npc chat to pick the Artifact Class Power you want it ends up having no effect. If the npc say it will do X effect you will buy it and the weapon will have Y effect. I tried buying it 3 times and the artifact class feature was not the one I picked up its going random. I hope this is not intended.

    It's always randomized when you actually purchase the weapon. The displayed feature is merely a placeholder.

    The power randomizes every time you refresh the store view and re-randomizes when you actually buy it. There is no way to control which power you get.
