BUG: Artefact: cannot be switched or removed from Secondary slot

Hello,
I tried to switch my Artefact from secondary slot to the primarily one, it will not let me to switch due to cooldown on the Artefact, which is slottet in the secondary slot. But threre is no cooldown on secondary slot I tried to restart and to wait 1 hour... Now I can't play this game normal because of this bug -.-

No one can help me?
I got this bug for 2 days. I had some big lag where I tried to use the DC artefact and nothing happened, so I switched them to secondary slot and the DC artefact was activated.. Now its not possible to do anything with this Artefact except to refine. (I know it from Preview Server, even if I upgrade it to Mystic it will not allow me to remove, switch or delete them)
I don't want to play another char because I invested real money and AD in this char and the Companions are not availible with whole Account.
Pls help me!!!

How are we supposed to help you with such a weird bug? Player to player assistance is usually relating the workarounds we know for common bugs and misunderstood mechanics. When something very unexpected happens, we're quite at a loss.

Maybe contact customer service and see if they can unequip the item for you.

And definitely submit a bug report. Use the in-game help to actually create a bug ticket; forum thread isn't good enough. You will probably not hear anything back about it, but you might help prevent it from happening to someone else.

GM tried to resolve this problem, but this bug can't be fixed by any GM. He logged into my account and wrote me a mail after this. I also wrote a bug report and nothing happened since over 1 month. What do you think what should I do now instead of trieng to play another MMO?
