I've been running a lot with Righteous Divine Oracle cleric whose is a Kelemvorite zealot thematically(bent on eradicating the undead, necromancers, and all who serve them blah blah blah). I've seen Doomguides and Acolytes of Kelemvor in game that have a cloak with Kelemvor's Scale depicted on it. Does anyone know if there's such a cloak we players can wear, or is it NPC only?

Yes and no.
Challenge of the Gods is an event that has run a few times where you can earn "Gift of the Gods" (which can be bought and sold). One of the very rare drops from this gift is a free transmute cloak that spawns with the symbol of your deity (BoP, obviously, since it's personalized).
But the symbol is kind of tiny. It wouldn't be the NPC cloak you're thinking of.
Oof. One would think religious symbols would be one of the more common items in the game. Oh well. Guess I'll just run that event like mad when it comes around. Thanks for the info.
