Auction House bugged?

I went on the AH to find a purple offhand for my soon-to-be 60 TR; specifically looking for Ancient Spymaster's Ceremonial Shiv (since I have the mainhand from a dragon drop on my main already). Searching for it by name brought up "no results", so I tried just searching for Epic, TR, off-hand - lo and behold, all it brought up were Sword Knots. *facepalm* Anyone else having a similar issue?

Searching off-hand for TR will always come up blank. They're all filed under main-hands. I think because you can technically equip TR off-hands to your main hand (but not vice versa, the difference usually just being a weapon enchant slot).

BTW, those particular sword knots are companion items that come up for any class search. No player can equip them, so they come up for everybody instead of nobody.

Umm Sword knots are GWF off-hand items. GWFs can most certainly equip them.

The sword knots that come up on a TR search (or any class) are the ones that came with the Wild Hunt Rider bundle and possibly any other companion bundle they've released that included a sword knot. They're not equippable by player characters.

GWF sword knots won't come up on a search filtered to TRs, but these will.

Thank you for the replies, found what I was looking for... and too rich for my blood right now lol... guess I'll have to hope for the offhand to drop in CN
