Having issues charging zen.

im having issues for charging zen . i purchase 2500 zen and then i wanted to have another 2500 after that but im getting the error :

cardnumberFld, There was a problem charging your credit card. (I tried 2 different credit cards)

i have enough money in it.

i didnt understand wats wrong with the cryptic. it looks like crptic doesnt want my money anymore lol
