Unable to connect

10:00 am PST.
I am not able to connect to the live or preview server. Keep getting server timed out at login.
And i would have figured for 3 1/2 hours of maintenance would be adding the new zones to preview and possibly fixing some of the current issues there...
And to see a closed post regarding patch notes stating only new items for sale for 3 1/2 hours of downtime.. Kinda odd don't ya think?
