Dragon bone grimoire

I'm new in neverwinter (and spanish, so, sorry for my bad english) and I've found a dragon bone grimoire, that "this is a rare and exotic magical item whose powers increases as your character advances". Now, my grimoire is better than this, but, ¿how dragon bone grimoire works? I'm a lvl 60. Crit, power and grimoire'ls will increase when my experience bar is full?

    The dragon bone grimoire can be equipped by a level 1 character and will scale to give appropriate stats the entire time they are levelling up.

    At 60, you would generally want to replace it with an epic item, but it would have been the only grimoire you ever needed while levelling.

    Basically you found it too late for it to be useful for you.

    Since they are going to raise the lvl cap to 70 in the next module, i think u should hang on to it for now,couse it might be usefull then.
    Asuming ofc they did't put a lvl 60 lvling cap on the **** thing..

    as of this moment, none of the levling gear goes beyond 60


    but you never know with Cryptic what they will do lol

    please also note thats its not certain that these items will have updated stats, they may end up being worse than the dropped greens and blues for your respective level.
