Belt of Wisdom or Lathander's belt (plus set)?

Which of these is considered best for a DC? The Belt of Wisdom seems to have the better stats IMO, but that set bonus on Lathander's is definitely nice, and the stats seem alright too. :D

    If you have the Eye artifact, I guess you could go for the full set just for the 4-piece bonus. Con/Dex would seem to fit a PvP DC more than being overly beneficial to a PvE one.

    If you don't have the Eye, you could mix the Wisdom belt with a cloak of your choice, either more AC or AP gain.
