what a disappointing game every pre mod release there is random lag and rubber-banding

I'm sorry but there is a lot left to be desired in such a report. Lag can happen for a great number of reasons and very few of them are game related. Without any evidence of such, there is no way to troubleshoot such issues to find the cause. Please use the stickies on lag and rubberbanding, as those show the types of detailed information to report with.
