Human has become the best race for this class all around the three feat points are just perfect to say the least. Updated with belt and races choices i will go over the other races later.
Volt, I love your guide but I have to disagree with you on Human being the best race just because of the 3 feats. I did a Human and Dwarf and I will have to say with the Bulwark path on the Dwarf I noticed in PvP and PvE a lot of what I though was worthless non working abilities started to shine, due to Dwarves racial stacking.
I do agree with harp being one of the most important and best stats pound for pound, the way min maxxers picked certain races for defense, deflect etc has gone out the window thanks to enchants and jewelry stats (old mindsets still linger though.).
For each path at 70 I have found each race's bonuses that synergize make for a better race (Dwarves are very strong in the Bulwark department.).
I may not be considered by most the BEST PVP Warlock on the server but, I am the most HATED amongst them.
Drake. I am not a huge theorycrafter myself, so I find myself looking for builds for me to work off of a lot of the time, but if you come here, read through everything that Volt wrote in his guide and still post looking for links to complete builds, you may want to take a good hard look at whether you really want to play a Paladin. Just off Volt's opinions I can spend 30 minutes on the preview server throwing a build together and doing some testing (can't really do dungeons unless I bring guildies with me). Respecs on the test server are free! It's a great place to mess around with everything in your build.
In response to your comments about getting destroyed in groups, welcome to Mod 6 where the difficulty scaling is insane and the best place to get your first level 70 epic gear is the Trade of Blades. The only reason my TR has any chance of surviving in Mod 6 is because of the 30,000 HP I got off of 2 pieces of PVP gear. Even the new blue gear in the 1600 item level dungeons is a massive pain to get. I run the 1600 item level dungeons in groups of 2400 item level players and higher and we still get trashed.
Cryptic's logic: "Hey, let's make the level 70 content super challenging! But lets put all the gear they need in those same dungeons and then make the requirement to enter them super low so that they will be even more frustrated when the first boss one shots their tank and then kills the rest of the party by sneezing on them!"
I had 1900 item level at level 60. Cryptic needs to either tone down the difficulty in the earlier dungeons to allow people to get the level 70 drops they need to move into higher difficulty content, or be more realistic with the minimum item level required to run the dungeons.
Jumping into dungeons at level 70 would be like hitting level 60 and cryptic saying "Hey! Go do VT, I promise you have enough gear for it!"
Unfortunately, in ALL MMORPGS everywhere, It is either the tanks fault, or the healers fault if the group wipes. People who only play DPS classes think tanks and healers roll their heads along the keyboard and BAM! Tank holds aggro and never dies. Unfortunately this is probably the mentality that is getting you kicked out of parties. Run dungeons with your guild! Guildies are always more forgiving and tend to work with their tanks and healers to figure what needs to be done to achieve success!
TL;dr Take Volt's tips and go experiment. Cryptic doesn't know how to scale difficulty. Running dungeons with friends is better!

I'm also interested in this thing. Does anyone know, what is this "oathbound buff"?
