[BUG] Can not zone into IWD or WoD

just cloned my main today
he's level 60 CW with all boons all mods completed, including IWD and Rise of Tiamat. 18.5k + gear score

can not zone into either IWD zone or Well of Dragons - get kicked back to PE

In the patch notes it states that those zones have been disabled so you will focus on testing the new zone.

also can not queue for any dungeons, only pvp.

I assume this has to do with the removal of gear score (basically everyone has 0 gear score meaning they can't go anywhere the has a GS req.)

The Campaign Zones (Sharandar, Dread Ring, IWD, & WoD) & Queues
have been turned off to focus attention on the new Drowned Shore content& level cap increase.

Initially, they had the campaigns switched off completely, as in you couldn't see anything to do with them whatsoever, but this was preventing respecs since nobody could access their boons.

They don't seen to have them fully re-enabled as of the current build, even though they're on the map again.

how we're supposed to test this if campaigns are "turned off"

You can poke at the Tyranny of Dragons stuff at the moment. We'll have to see if they re-enable more things this week.
