in blacklake at the start of the zone i noticed idle "players" all day long each day for a while.
always on the exact same spot.
possible bot failure.
the chars also disapear a second and come back again.
looks like some sort of log out log in.

i never watched what they do the whole time, they do go away.
lvl or something, don`t know. never stayed around
