can't respec, since you will lose all non TOD/WOD boons

Can't really re-spec/re-feat since you don't have access to the boons from IWD, DR, Sharandar.

    I suspect this is one of the issues that has caused them to have to disable preview for now.

    Preview is back up and this is still the case. No BOONS from other campaigns, so not much point to re-specing.

    Level to 70 you will see stats wont provide much improvement. ie ~3k crit will give ~5% crit chance & ~14k power = ~35% dmg.

    So raw % increases from feats will mean everything. Anyone know a class & spec with innate very high raw % life steal and deflect? :)
