getting ignored

i ran into a scammer in the moonstone mask 2 weeks ago where all i got was ignored cause when i tried to ask for my guild back that i got no responds as well cause when i tried to report them that my ticket was also ignored where nothing i have tried been working so i could get my ticket resolved :mad:
