Change Appearance Token Clarification?

Is is possible to adjust only 1 facial part (like eye color) when using the token while keeping everything else exactly the same?

That depends. If you have characters with the old original models, you may find those options no longer available. However, I've never used *just* an appearance token. Only the appearance change with Race Change Token. So, I didn't get to see how the character model loaded, if it preserved appearance or reset to a default appearance.

I stress again though, if you have any old models, you will most likely look quite different.

If you want, you can sign up for Preview Access if you haven't yet and install the preview client, then copy the character there with the token in inventory, then try it on Preview first.
