Cant connect to patch server after being disconnected from game. Anyone else?

After restarting Arc i got into the game but now connection to login server times out.

Edit: Its working now.

Yeah after a dc for some reason you need to reset things before you can connect as sometimes windows doesn't release the connection.

It's happened repeatedly to me in the past 30 minutes or so, and its not occurring to my friends. It's not my personal connection as nothing else is affected. Get disconnected from the server, can't reconnect to the account server for several tries, then suddenly reconnect only to be dropped again a few minutes later.

I'm able to connect just fine. Nothing wonky here.

It might just be as simple as a router relay station between you and the servers going down, causing traffic to the area from your area to be re-routed, causing more hops, connection slow downs and packet loss. Add on that such may be hopping through verizon/cogentco networks (who have been battling each other and the FCC/US Citizens over bandwith throttling for some years now), yeah.

1. Shut down the launcher, everything
2. Restart the launcher
3. It will say Patching forever, which relates to everyone's problem
4. Launch Task manager Window Icon -> Run -> tskmgr.exe
5. See some executable with Cryptic Error , manually end it
6. See some executable with Game Client, manually end it
7. Come back to the Neverwinter Screen. takes 3-5 seconds and then patching starts
