Everything from Gifts of Simril is character bound

This includes things like XP boosters, making them completely useless. Even things like the Iceworks, lanterns, etc..

Everything from the bag u get from the blue gift thingy is char bound, the stuff u get from daily gift parcels isn't. There's no bug in that, that's how it was from start and how it should be regarding the bags u get from gifting.
