Constantly Disconnected From Instances

Game seems to work fine in the general zone maps, but trying to go in and play in a sub-zone, like a personal instance, constant disconnects. Even if I can get in and play it starts not responding, disconnects, OVER AND OVER AND OVER.

I dunno if this is some spit-and-baling-twine patchjob problem as a result of you not maintaining the servers properly, server overload cos you're too cheap to spring for decent architecture, or what, but whatever it is, FIX IT.

I looked at your results in the disconnect thread. Your ping times are all in the 600's. Above 100 is considered bad, above 200 is considered unplayable. I know you said it's a satellite connection and those pings are normal for that kind of connection, but that just means that kind of connection is likely not going to work well for mmo gaming. I can't think of a single mmo that would play well with those ping times. Bandwidth isn't a big thing with mmo's as it's not much data going back and forth but it needs to be a stable connection with low ping time and no loss. Those high pings are just going to cause massive problems.

Satellite Internet is horrible for Online Gaming in terms of latency. It's good for most everything else though, still far from great. Anyway, closing this as you've already posted in the appropriate thread. Now, if you feel you need support on it, contact Support as these are not support forums. Thanks!
