Unable to set boons and feats

Im unable to set my feats or boons, i have had this problem for a couple days now and i have sent in a couple of tickets and i have gotten 1 response then they asked me to send a picture which i already did :mad: now i dont know what to do, cant play without boons or feats, im just to weak... and the error i get is because i have multiple gods, so i wanna know how i do to reflect one insted?! thanks/Kim ]2014-12-23_00003.jpg

    you need to pm support and ask them to remove ur gods worked for me.

    i did but no response yet, sent tickets yesterday and today, still waiting, but tell me how u wrote ur pm :) ?

    One ticket only. Don't send multiple tickets as you get sent to the back of the list. Don't expect a response until next week at least.

    AWWW really so late ? i mean the command i enterd cant i just enter it again to remove all the gods ? tho i dont remember it .-.

    all u have to say is that youre unable to respec character properly due to multiple gods and then ask them nicely to reset ur gods and thats all, took 3 days b4 they reset mine so gl

    no you can't as that was a bug you took advantage of and only Customer Service can fix it.

    This is an issue that will have to be addressed by Customer Service.

    I have this error that makes me unable to set my boons/powers/feats due to multiple gods, i need to get my gods reset so i can start playing again, i have waited almost a week soon for the devs to fix this issue but i havent gotten any reply yet, can anyone here tell me when they will answer? or can a dev here fix my character, my handle is @kimnewcaslte and my toon is PloxKing, thanks

    I cant apply feats/boons/powers due to an error i get for having multiple gods, i need to get them reset, i have sent tickets to support/customer service but they wont answer, what shall i do? i have waited for over a week soon without and response.. help please, i cant play cuz im to weak :(

    i didint think having multiple gods would give me an advantage, i did it cuz a friend told me and i thought i seemed fun to have them all titles..

    Please do not make multiple threads on this. I just merged all five of your threads.

    I am sorry but these are not Support Forums. Support Issues must be discussed with Support through Support. Making multiple tickets on the same issue will cause the system to either close your tickets due to spam or merge them, resulting in your merged ticket going to the back of the line. Support Tickets are handled on a first come, first serve basis and we're during two major World and National Holidays on top of it having been a Weekend.

    You'll need to wait for Support to respond, it could take a couple hours or it could take a couple weeks. As for your Multiple God issue, this is a Known Issue and one that the Game Masters should be able to fix for you. You're just going to have to be patient and wait for them to get to your ticket.
