Hello Devs. I have been having this bug for a while (since beta). I know, I know that a very long time. To be honest it hasn't really bothered me till now. Anyway, It seems I am unable to see zone chat from anyone that is not on my friends list or in my party. I submitted a ticket and Styder had me try several things (mostly to my computer or client), but we could not fix it. I'm sorry I forgot to save the ticket number. If you could look into this I would appreciate it.
Update: Ticket number was 141121-001240
Ok lets update: Apparently I can't receive any chat that isn't from someone on my friends list. Can you please look into this.

No, devs do not normally respond to threads here.
I wonder if there's not something in your chat settings blocking what you can see.
