Zen Purcahses and Lock Box Loot Bound

So today I went and bought some Zen hoping to take advantage of the bonus and the sale on keys. When I bought the keys it told me something along the lines that items attained from the boxes will be bound while reviewing my purchase activity. I don't understand why this is happening because the last time I bought Zen for keys a little over two weeks ago none of the items I got from the boxes were bound and I didn't get a pop up message like this time. Any one gone through this same experience, if so, did you items become unbound? Any info at all would be greatly appreciated.
