So, I went and bought a reroll token from the Zen store and it changed the appearance of my toon. I filed a complaint with PWE about it, even sending before and after photos of my toon (ridiculous to have to do so). Apparently, Cryptic's PARENT company feels that there's "nothing they can do" to resolve my situation and actually had the AUDACITY to send me a customer feedback survey. They didn't even offer me a 4$ appearance token, which would have solved everything.

Note the "Your existing appearance is preserved by default if you do not choose a different Race."
And they wonder why people go to 3rd party websites........
So yeah, Cryptic/PWE/ARC games, whatever you're going by this week, what are you going to do about this?

Then they need to change the description of the Reroll Token in the Zen store, something that should have been done as soon as the new system was in place. It's BS they expect me to PAY money to fix something, that, had they been more clear with their descriptions, wouldn't have happened, in the first place.
EDIT - You actually DO have the option of changing your toon's appearance with a Reroll Token, I just clicked "next" on it, as the Zen Store explicitly states: "Your existing appearance is preserved by default if you do not choose a different Race."
Only, it doesn't. -_-
