The dev change DC mechanic to a more active one, but a DC in a pvp match holding a node, with old astral shield and another class to help him in damage were VERY hard to defeat.
I understand it deserved some buff more, but I think the problem it's still the same: we couldn't pretend that our class does EVERYTHING, like tons of defence, buff team, big health reg and a good dmg too.
This regard all, CW and HR too.
otherwise, just make a 1vs1 pvp, not a team one, cause it's a nosense

PVP is all about the team - the team gs and the cooperation. I really like the new dc as it makes people cooperate more.
Maybe, but if i didn't do pvp, why they have to nerf that feats on pve because someone isn't unable to cooperate for kill a DC? Dc aren't immortal, if you prevent them from using healing spell, that feats don't proc. If you wont an easy game, you can go play lol or some other ****ness game pvp based

Nope, i don't use my Dc for pvp i use another class. If you in 4 can't takei down a Dc, maybe isn't the Dc op but you that suck so much to be unable to kill a Dc

DC is nothing special alone - it needs another teammember to be on the node with him to hold it. I must admit that a DC together with an GF or GWF works quite well though
My DC is finally able to do 2-3 encounters just like a perma TR and at the same time heal a group and contribute DPS at a decent rate.
was the DC always supposed to be last on the most damage dealt chart? No i dont think so. Yes any class can specialize for JUST PVP, but i enjoy most all areas and aspects of NW. and I do very well in pvp. Im not super geared but I can enjoy any dungeon, PVP...whatever it may be in the game....I went back into IWD since they "balanced" the DC and I am actually having fun again.
If your complaining about the Healer having to much heal ability........Maybe you should have done Sharandar Dailys on the old DC.....
i´m playing a DC AC/faithfull, the big numbers of heal is the capstone, the last fead in the tree, before the patch PVP was ok, some win some lose,
i have a defensiv char, didn´t care about damage or arp, most of the time if the teammates knew what they were doing, and not dieing like flies, or play without PVP gear, it was a win situation
i was hard to kill, normally last a while, but i got killed by every CW, TR, GWF, SW for sure if equal equipped, except the GF
the benefit of the DC in my opionion: stay alive and support long enough, to give my teammates enough time to kill someone- worked well enough for me.
The situation now: i get killed somtimes by TR´s with enough burst damage in seconds, wearing chainmail... a bit to much for my opinion for a class u can´t see, can´t react etc. - unbalanced in my opionion
somtimes a CW who knows how to play kills me like before not even get a foot back on the ground- OP in my opinion, like in the past
-->if i doge enough, to do so u need the right boons (last boon in sharandar for example), and if noone cc´s me, i can stay alive very long,
healing, refill my divinty in seconds and so on,
i am sure it´s a bit anoying and somtimes boring for other classes not beeing able to kill the healer as before, i also see DC who are easily killed in seconds, all of them dont have good defensive stats
somtimes i kill someone, a very new experience for me in pvp
all in all i feal a little op now, especially when the other group has no DC it´s nomally a win, except very unbalanced group

Is sunburst supposed to be CCing targets that are ITC, shield blocking, and unstoppable? That's my biggest concern. I'm getting tossed around like a rag doll in PvP even while I'm unstoppable, and by the time I land firmly on the ground and can get back into melee range, my unstoppable has been wasted. Unstoppable is the GWF class mechanic, and it says "you break free of control effects and become immune to them for the duration."
Perhaps the skill name should be changed to the "Sometimes nearly unstoppable, unless there is a DC around, or a TR with courage breaker, or a GF with impact, etc etc....well maybe not that unstoppable at all" mechanic.
Can someone get back to me and let me know if sunburst is supposed to be ignoring cc immunity?

Ok so let's us heal for 20% of maximum target hp, let's us deal max 5% of damage of maximun enemy hp, let's us have a maximum of 10% pf DR and a 10% deflection chance so people can easy oneshot us. Oh and don't let us have more then 10K hp and 1 dodge so we can be meat dummy for pvp.

1. How can a DC have more DPS than a CW, and to top it off with the heals & dodges, it takes 2 players to kill it. In a few matches Ive played since the patch, the DC easily tops the kill list in their team.
2. the TR can pick off any player with its constant invisibility. They are not visible enough for 2 players to control and kill. How can you kill it if you cant see. Also their dodge is ridiculous, even with my dodging they are still constantly behind me. Now they have insane damage.
Just make it fair for all classes. The DC & the TR are far too op and they know it

no as a cw i get where the person is coming from because trust me **** near all the nerf we get is because of this hole called pvp.... so yea i see both sides however a game thats pve based should NEVER, I repeat NEVER be balanced based on what goes on in pvp. As the other guy said there are pvp based game out there for people whom need it so badly. However this is a pve game. PvP is an option..... love it or leave it. But dont make others suffer because a few people want to make this game something its not....simple logic...
