Constant Crashing in Hall of Justice

WTH lol .. I can't even get past the half way point of the map without crashing.
Haven't really played much since I got my first 60 done after launch and thought I would check out what was new in the game this morning.
I've been tryin for over an hour to get this first area done and I literally crash every 30-60s after entering this area.
Not sure if it's a bug with this new(ish) class I am trying out (warlock) or something to do with my race (drow), or something to do with the area (halls of justice) or some setting ... but it's really flippin annoying.
How this bug even exists in the starting area is beyond me, you would think that having zero bugs in the starting moments of the game is pretty high priority lest you chase away customers.
The game doesn't even spit out an error so I can troubleshoot, it simply tells me:
Gameclient.exe has stopped working.
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly, please close the program.
(shaking my head) this is sad, wth is going on? I can't even post this message now because it keeps telling me the service is unavailable.
I go to log back into the game, "unable to authenticate", try again, let's me login.
Who is running this game? a 3rd grader? I don't remember having anywhere near this many problems playing at launch!

Because it sounds like a corrupted file on your install, honestly, if it's crashing at about the same time every time.
