Steam wallet zen probation

So I bought some zen with steam wallet and apparently we get a probation from buying unbound items and selling it for AD. I never knew this happens and it was my first time using steam to buy zen. I use PW prepaid cards but the store ran out.

So I'm wondering, for those who have bought zen via steam that gotten this probation, how long did you have to wait to be able to use the zen in zen/AD exchange? I just want to know the general idea of how long I would have to wait myself.
