Disappearing potions?

Starting about 3-4 days ago I noticed that potions i would take, including Wild Storm Elixir, Elixir of Fate and Potion of Heroism (these having 30 min to 1 hour duration's) would disappear when I would either change zone or instance. It doesn't seem to be doing it every time but happens every now and then. Anyone else having this issue? And for gods sake fix the Lord Protectors quest for the GG Dungeon...how long has it been glitched now?

I don't recall noticing such issues when travelling, but I have have had buffs disappear when changing instances occasionally. In my case, my AP will also be drained. On some of these occasions, I also receive a warning that my coins are about to expire even if they're not.

To compound matters, sometimes if I log out and log that character back in later, their buffs will be back and their AP full again. But sometimes they won't.

Unfortunately, since it doesn't happen all the time, I haven't noticed a pattern to when or why. It all seems very inconsistent which makes it a real bugger to fix.
