Cut Scenes: Press ESC key to end them

Please, by all that is holy, please allow us to press "Esc" to quickly end all cut scenes so we can keep playing.

We have seen them all so many times and don't need to see them again. Now with Well of dragons coming, we will have a daily quest that will ad cut scenes with no way to close them out.

We don't need to see them all play out, once is enough.

Again, please make ALL cutscenes ( boss fights, quests, that stupid thayan map teleport one phantasmal fortress, etc.) able to be stopped with a press of the "Esc" button.

Cut Scenes are really annoying TRUE!
but these cut scenes enable most players who got slow internet connection, its application is well observe during Dragon HE's and Dungeon Bosses. Its a hassle yes but making the game enjoyable for all party/people is not a bad thing

So, what do you do while you are immobolized and can't actually do anything because you have to wait for everyone else to watch the cut scene?

At least with the cutscene you get to watch something other than you're characters idle animation.

at this point even that is better than watching the **** cutscenes

Yes please. Cutscenes are fun once. Perhaps a second time. One hundred times fun it is not. If a new player wants to see them then do so, for the rest of us allow pressing escape.

Valindra's Scene needs to be cut, her voice is too annoying.

Dev posts have indicated this is not going to happen, because they actually use the cutscene downtime for staging behind the scenes.

During the video should start a poll "press ESC for cut the video" and in the up-right corner the nicks of the party people with a tick if they pressed it.. 5 votes = starts the fight
This is for the people who could take the time of the video as a snack break or whatever

Hahaha No offense but that's the most hilarious thing I have read in a while.

I know that Cut Scenes can be annoying, when you see it for the first time it's fun, next time you look close and see other details, after 100 runs you pray to your deities to finish your suffering. Still someone spent hours to make it so you can spend few seconds to watch it.

The fun part is that some cutscenes already are exitable, so only having some not exitable is like saying preview is impossible when we already have in the game the whole 'change appearance' window acting as a preview.

Things like these are why games with addons are superior. I played Wildstar. It did not have a preview function off the auction house. But it had addons. Players did not have to come to the forums and ask, ask ask, ask, ask, ask, ask, ask and be told sorry, no time, sorry, no money is to be made out of adding a preview function so no.

Players made an addon that allowed preview to work off the AH and that was that, no need to be at the whims of devs who have 'more important' things to work.

Agreed. The LoL cutscene kills braincells by this point, in particular.

run these dungeon for over a thousand times for the %drop is a fkin waste of time (and i like the videos, u got the wrong person)

Press esc (x3 or x5) > starts the fight
Don't > take advantage of this break and adjusted the chair
