Thank the devs for putting PVP zone as far from the travel gate as possible in both DV and IWP.
Takes 5 minutes to go check and see if there are any people there and go back to travel gate to try another instance.
Add on to that the inability to switch to an instance , and I don't wonder why they are almost always abandoned.

Yeah and no useful rewards at all for most players that have their black ice gear.

Well, some people enjoy PvP because of PvP. It is just **** hard to actually do PvP in IWD when you feel like it.

But some people have their IWD part of pvp campaign 100% completed. Even the triple kills. Even some DCs have the 30 triple kills. So, there must be some times of the day when the IWD/DV pvp area is full of people, including groups of three people ready to get killed by one DC.

I suppose it is pretty easy to actually exploit IWD by just getting three friends that let themselves get killed by you several times. At least i think i have seen something like this already.

sometimes it just happens to be enough players around and i have to say it was rly fun as fighting around the blackice in the middle can last a long time in dv mostly. My problem was to kill/assist 250 players under half health tbh... Most of the time pvp area is just bugged tho!

    Yes, obviously.

That is how people get their triple kills. Not in actual PVP combat. But by rigged fights.

but you dont pvp! so how do you know?!

Geting triples in iwd is rly easy when you get a good match... Just ask for invites for BiD in general chat.

Oh everyone would like that. The people who just want to do their dailies would go to empty instances and people who want to fight would go to full ones and everyone could get to farm the unfun hes. This guarantees it will never happen

I did my Icewinddale dailies the hard way, by killing everything and everyone in IWD PvP. I cant count the insults I had to endure from ppl who just wanted to do their dailies. I told them, that I just want to get my IWD PvP boons without cheating.

I did not complete kills with half live. Half of my triple kills I got from IWDD and the other ones from ppl who tried to easymode with 3ppl+ in IWD. Bad idea with PvE toons.^^

When they first released open PvP there were much more players doing the PvP. Now its empty and much harder.

As some mentioned, best way is to look for any BID action in the zone chat.

I have read the drama quite a lot of times in the chat now and i still do not understand it. Those dailys give basically NOTHING, yet people, who are not interested in PvP, want to do it and cry, if they actually run into a pvp situation, even if those quests are marked with a big and fat PvP-sign. I just do not get it.

They could actually lower the cooldown of it. It is the only thing, that gets some PvP going.

But there is zippo-zero point to doing the dailies that require getting flagged for PvP if you are not interested in PvP, so everyone who does them and then whines about getting killed while flagged has brought it on themselves.

Most of them shut up when you point out that you get nothing useful for the PvE campaign from doing those quests.

To be fair, they did put a really nifty costume up for grabs at the top of the PVP campaign. And some of the banner artifacts are quite useful. I can see them as being tempting for some folks to PVP just enough to earn them.
