Artifact Belts: Poll

Hi there :)

I'd like to find out about your experience where you got your artifact belts from. So please choose your variant and - by all means - add your comments (ideas, superstitions, expectations and angry yells) concerning these artifacts to this thread.

The voting variants are:

1. From the dragons:
A. in Rothe Valley;
B. in Underdark
2. From the normal SoT skirmish chest:
A. regular;
B. arcane
3. From the epic SoT skirmish chest:
A. regular;
B. arcane
4. From the normal LoL dundeon chest:
A. regular;
B. arcane
5. From the epic LoL dundeon chest:
A. regular;
B. arcane
6. From a Tyrannical chest;
7. Elsewhere >_< (please specify if yes ).

And as a Poll is allowed only with the 10 voting variants (max), please sacrifice a bit of your time to specify the sub-variant (A. or B.) in case of the corresponding option.

    Right you are :)

    My 1st was bought as well. But actually I am (and I suspect others who also weren't lucky to actually get the belt) interested in the ways how the belts can be acquired apart from just buying them.

    AH as well. LOL!

    I am a strange one because I went for the Charisma belt for better deflect percentage on my TR. :)

    Maybe add vote possibility to avoid AH answers flood ;P I know i started that rather as a joke :P

    Oh i see now i can vote! :) Note that the number of AH voters should be equal to the rest approximately :P

    I mostly interested where the people who put them on the ah got them.
    Do the dragons/dungeons drop them at all or is it just boxes?

    Blues are from the boxes. Greens are from drops.

    Should have just put AH as an option.

    I saved 1 million AD, and bought the cheapest belt I could find.

    Well, the point was to ask about the ways how people got their belts apart from AH (my bad that I didn't specify it) to find out what are the chances after all. At least approximately...

    Thanks as well. Will bear it in mind.
    Logically, it seems that if you run for really getting the belt (not buying it) Sot and LoL are a better option that continuous dragons...

    Where's the option "I did not saw an artifact belt drop on my own eyes so I don't belive in that it actually drops and is given by developers to the worthy ones instead so I'm probably unworthy smelly peasant"?

    got 2 artifact belt of strenght from the normal skirmish second chest ,in 1 day
    I look around ,but nope the devil wasn't there.it was luck pure luck
    (but I think the gods where please with those annoying first borns)

    I got a Dex belt from Normal Shores.
    I sold that (and every other sellable valuable I had to spare) and bought a Con belt from the A.H.

    It must be something seriously wrong with this game when the vast majority of the population got their artifact belts from the Auction House

    Here's the trick:
    The RNG is notoriously Streaky.
    If you happen to be running Shores or opening Boxes when it is "Your Day" you can look forward to multiple awesome everything. Belts, Dragon Gems, Harrls Books, Item Sets, the works. It will all show up within just a couple of Runs/Boxes.
    So do a couple of, say, Shores Runs every day at random times during the day. Have a pack of those Zen Keys for the Chests handy. If it is a Lucky day, grind it out for all it's worth. You will make enough to trade for Zen enough to replace the Keys you used with plenty left over and some very nice items to boot.
    There is no need to Grind away for hours.
    If you are Lucky, you will score nearly every time.
    If you aren't then it doesn't matter how many runs you make. You will get nothing.

    Yep, have the same feeling. And if NW has quantum cats (when they are unsummoned) the absence of the portal gun is depressing )

    I got one yesterday in Whispering Caverns against the dragon.
    Of course I don't need an intel belt so I put it on AH.
    I figure in another 3-5 years I will have gotten the belt I need.......
    I have about 2k dragon hoard coins or more, so that gives you an idea of the drop rate.

    From AH like 75% of the world. Much easier/fun/cheap to grind ad for AH than grind ToD, or violate my bank account for Lockbox keys,

    i dropped a STR belt from Epic SoT Boss (in inventory) and a INT belt always from Epic SoT Boss (with roll.. 4.. >_<)
    with pugs.
    after that i'm doing eLoL guild-party only.. without success :'D
