Fey thistle bug / exploit in PVP

Any else come across this?
As soon as I leave the campsite I start to take instant 364 ish damage from a players Fey thistle.
The damage doesn't stop and kills me within around 5 seconds.
I've encountered this twice in the last 3 days from different players.

    ...how in the world? Are you attacking at all or simply walking around like no one's business?

    If u stack DoT on a person it may happen... Last time I checked DoT doesn t wheres off after the death of the dealer... and fey thistle is normal dmg? (no pircing or stuff like that)

    But as well it could be KV on someone...

    Glyphs give 600 piercing that means even if you stack defense or deflect they are useless cause it goes through (not to mention the tenacity) so 364ish is not possible with glyphs...
