Race reroll on previewserver

Is there supposed to be a race reroll button on the previewserver? I have bought the dragonborn legend pack, but I cant try the race reroll on the previewserver. Bug or not?

I hope its just bug or its disabled for some time becuase I want try reroll also.

I tried a reroll after buying the full pack. It let me attempt it, but refused to let me use the new race. I waited a few days and tried again, and got the msg you got. I really want to test things on preview as I have at least 2 characters I'd like to change, but I'm not spending the money for tokens if I can't at least test it first. I'll need to reroll the race and get a respec on live, but without testing, I'm not likely to spend the money on tokens. Please fix?

Could maybe a moderator or developer answer this for us? I dont think we're the only ones that have the same thought, we want to try it out on the testserver first before any of us spend the money to buy a reroll token. I have 3 toons that I would like to reroll, but only have one token. If I can test I will probably buy more tokens. So... I believe you will make some money by making us a working button for rerolls...

I have been asking this same question for months with no reply at all. It seems it was removed to be fixed, but has be since been forgotten on the preview shard

Keep nagging. The same thing happened with free respecs on preview for a while.

I have this issue too. I bought a race reroll and now I can't use race reroll on preview and my screen looks just like that picture. I would love to experiment before committing to changes

I am also having this issue. I cannot Race Reroll, cannot buy it from the preview Zen market.

Still no luck with getting this turned turned on? I would REALLY like to be able to test my rerolls before making sure a massive change on live. Please look into it

Why don't you just recopy your character to the preview shard. Same way you did to start with. Will move your toon if its already rerolled to the server. Or am I reading this wrong and you want to see what its like before you do it on main server?

Isn't the entire point of preview to test stuff without risk on live? If you do the race reroll on live and you aren't happy with it, you wasted it. So, what's the point in copying over the character to preview to mess around with it if you already messed around with it on live and have no opportunity to make changes after you play with it on preview?

The issue is we currently CAN NOT test race reroll on preview. So, we have lost the ability to test what a reroll will do for our characters unless we pay the zen price and test on live. FYI if any devs are reading this! I would pay to reroll about 10 of my characters if I could only test the effects on preview BEFORE BUYING. You guys are losing money by keeping the reroll disabled on preview

Race-Reroll works on Preview. I've done several. But you have to have a Race-Reroll already available on the account and my cases, I copied the character over to Preview after the token was credited to the account. Look at your Character Selection screen, the bottom choices.

Now If I could only avoid the new character appearances (grrr, I really don't like the plastic look).

I copied my character over after buying the race reroll token and it seems that's when I lost the ability to test it.

The Race Reroll is tired to you account information. Account information is not copied to the test servers. The Character Copy Tool only copies characters. So even through you have a Race Reroll token and unlocked Dragoborn on the Live Server, you don't have those on the test server.

It once worked and I assume that is when you did your rerolls? If you are able to login and do a reroll right now please share the process with us to get it working.

Works right now. On the character selection screen, I select my toon, then click on Race Reroll (I have 2 rerolls on the account currently), and it puts me in the Reroll process (which will totally screw my toon's appearance). I've done 2 rerolls on preview since the last patch, still not happy with the appearance changes, and will do a bunch more until I figure out the slider settings to replicate the toon's old appearance (within the limits the changed character appearance system allows and the change from Wood Elf to Moon/Sun Elf). My primary toon is a Wood Elf SS/CW from open beta, and I need to update her to take advantage of what I've learned since then.
