Focused Wizardry fixed

This is just a heads up to the CW community. I'm not sure when the fix happened but I just went on to the preview server and tested if Focused Wizardry had been fixed. It has. It now reduces AoE damage by 10% at rank 3 instead of 30% at all ranks.

Is that just on the preview server or is that live?

Since there hasn't been a preview patch for a bit, both versions should be the same.
