I was sending items from one account to another and now when i logged in to that other account my mailbox glows but there are no mails in it that i sent, so now i cant get my items back, can anyone help me??
Things i tried: logged in and off, checked other acc if its still there(no its not), went directly to mailbox without pressing the icon.
First they asked me to send ss of ingame mailbox (so i did it)
Then they sent me automated response how they never saw that bug and unfortunately they cant do anything about it. (even if there is atleast 10 forums posts with the same problem, not even counting people who sent tickets without using the forum)

I lost about 15-20m AD worth of items with the mailbox bug, wich is quite significant AD amount, and if they are not helping supported that actually lost loads of AD on bugs, I wonder how do they do it for 5m AD losses.

The only responses from Support that are automated are the ones sent that confirm a Support Ticket has been placed or updated. The Bug Report forum is not for complaints on Customer Service. To file such a complaint, please contact our Community Manager, Akromatik. There's no reason to delve into unpleasantries or threats, so that has been removed from your post.
Something you can try though is to look in Gateway on that character and see if you can see your mail there in the mail tab. Also, open up the Social Window in game and click the Mail icon on the bottom, as doing so sometimes reveals mail that becomes hidden by a bug.
Furthermore, if one doesn't agree with a Support Response, please reply to that Ticket through your Support Ticket History but opening that ticket and updating it, and explain the situation and your concerns.
Update: From the screenshots, this is indeed a Support Issue, so you need to follow up with them. Therefore this thread must now be closed as it is not a Support Forum.
On the bright side, your mail is not lost. It is there, just not available in game for some reason. Player mail is never automatically deleted and neither is AH Mail with items still in attachments. So, while you work this out with Support, some comfort should be gained by knowing your items are not gone.
