The Lord Protector Is Throwing Soup At Me!

O.K., I was heading up to the Lord Protector to see what kind of Daily he had for today.
Turns out to be one that I didn't really want to do.
As I hit the button to exit without accepting I see a Loot Thingy fly through the air.
It hits the ground near me and I walk over to it.
It is auto added to my inventory.
It is a bowl of Squash Soup.
The Lord Protector threw soup at me.

    So the Lord Protector is a Piñata?
    Neverwinter Tools for evaluating boons, mounts, dyes, etc.

    Alas, it was most likely that someone nearby killed a pinata while you were talking to him.

    You should try to get him to autograph the bowl of soup, then go pawn it for a epic gear :)
