is crafting the only way to get these?

    FYI, buying the small med kits may be your best option for the tasks.

    I got 1 from a dragon encounter on my GF. It was a Great Success, but low drop rate as usual.

    I've gotten Defense Supplies on two different characters who achieved "Great Success" in the Siege HEs.

    Crafting is not the only way to get them. I have gotten 6 from HEs

    These can also be sold on the AH. Currently they are under 10K AD I believe.

    i dont mind crafting them as long as i do it free , i mean with free resources .
    Someone told me in zone chat that the salvage bag from salavage enchants ,means a chance to get an altar or injury kit drop at your feet just like the fey blessings. So this would mean a great help, because buying injury kits from npc is very expensive and i just bought 50 for the task. Man, from where we can get 50 altars or injury kits , well the drops part from enchants sounds fair but another player player from zone chat told me that u get only green gear craps..

    When i looked at the requirements to craft supplies i thought i'm not seeing well..50 altars ? my god , i get 1 or 2 , maybe 3 altars/day if i have an active game day...
    Injury kits i don't know if can be crafted in alchemy higher than lvl 17 , but one thing is for sure, it doesn't drop from mobs..maybe with that salvage thing if it's true..

    The one event where it pays to have multiple toons. I have all 13 of mine working on their own supply and then just mail it off to my main. 6 supplies for one metal btw :)

    What I don't get is it say 3 def. kits and you only get 1.So what the dif. between the 6 hour one and the 7 hour one?I've done 4 7 hours ones now and only gotten 1 def. kit each time.(thats 2 on 2 char.)If its just 1 then why say 3 and if its you might get 3 if your lucky then then why can you only get around a 25% chance with the blue cart.It should say 1 ...just like the other crafting stuff.They say normal stats but if you get a higher lvl it still show the normal lvl when you start it.

    You have a *chance* of getting 3 - just as with any profession task that has multiple tier results. You can improve your chance of getting 3 by getting the blue cart - gives you a 24% chance.

    And yeah...I have received up to 3 as a part of the HE reward.
    Hoping for improvements...

    I can confirm the drop of 3 supply kits from one encounter and I did it even with my "low" GS tank GWF (with annoyingly low DPS) in a large crowd dragon encounter. For some reason my GWF seems to fare better than my CW in collection of the boxes, even if my CWS is party buffer high-DPS CW (does pretty high DPS, but loses some [pretty much actually] by increasing DPS of others).
    Give us 4 or more power/item bar profiles so we can change powers and items with one click that are suited for the situation.

    Ok I have 13 degrees supplies and the defensive supplies master in the enclave is only offering to turn 1 in at a time. I turned in 12 a few days ago but now he isn't even offering the 6? Any else having this problem or could possible help me
