Tyrannical lockbox and level

Does it make any difference what level you are to what you get in the box? My character is only level 20 currently, so would it be a waste to open it, or can I just save whatever I get?

    level doesn't mean anything for what you'll get when opening a lockbox. The only thing that does matter is RNG. Prey to an RNG god. ^_^
